Based in Hawthorn, Thatcher Finance offers a vibrant office environment with a strong culture of collaboration and growth. We’re within walking distance to Glenferrie Road and public transport, and we're looking for experienced Loan Processors and Mortgage Brokers ready to take the next step in their careers.

You will work closely with one of Australia’s leading finance brokers, Barry Thatcher playing an integral role in developing the business, supporting and maintaining client relationships and assisting with our growing lending portfolio. What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role

  • Experience in transactions from $3-20 million

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with excellent phone manner

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple clients/files

  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new platforms

  • Strong understanding of compliance and documentation

  • Degree qualified preferred

  • Team player with a growth mindset

  • Must be a permanent Australia Resident
